About 4 months ago, Swiss American Bank contacted me in response to the ad I had on the internet to sell my timeshare. They required an appraisal of the property in order to purchase and guaranteed to reimburse for the appraisal. I followed up on the deal and hired the appraisal company they used to do it. I paid $399 for the appraisal. It took a couple of months for me to get all the paperwork together that they required. I sent it off to them about 3 weeks ago and have heard nothing back. I have tried to call but get only a busy signal. I turned to the internet to get current information in order to contact them and came across this site. I am disturbed to find out they are not what they represented.
