I too am caught up in this predicament. I am now waiting for my "offer". I call every couple weeks to SAB. They tell me because they moved in June to Bahamaas, they are very far behind. As long as I have filled out my "purchase to offer", then their legal dept will contact me. Wondering where I sit on their list, I have asked for a phone # to the legal dept, but they would only take a message from me. They ask that I be patient as I told them I was getting very frustrated and wanted to cancel the sale if they were not interested in buying as time has went on long enough. The latest conversation with SAB was two weeks ago. I was told the manager was on one wk holiday but would return my call. It has now been two weeks. My appraisal was done through RCI Appraisals. Has anyone ever rec'd "purchase money" and actually sold their timeshare.

I have listed the numbers I use to contact SAB. They only answer the phone between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. EST, Mon-Fri.
