We were called last pm 10/26 regarding our fla. timeshare. same story as far as appraisal goes. we are also skeptical especially since read other messages. i agree why do we need apprasial when we set price and wouldn't resort know the current selling prices of timeshares available? this is all very confusing, but we are glad that we checked site BEFORE we gave them any money. also the person who returned the call(almost immediately) was from a multilist service and she said swiss american bank could offer us less, why would she divulge this infor. to us if she was working for swiss amer. bank? wouldn't she not want to share this with us if she was really part of their scam? i'd really like to know about this operation. it looks good, but somehow we are not convinced it is. is there any current postings from any people being contacted recently?(say late sept. or oct.?) we were also able to find their website,but no properties are currently for sale in fla. and very few in other states. please e-mail me at above address with any current information or advice. thanks.
