Has anyone been approached to sell their time share? If so, have you had any results? Good or bad?
The info I have recieved sounds too good. I am relunctant about the appraisal since an appraisal is not needed for time share.
I know the current resale value already. If the appraisal is not in that ballpark, I am stuck with an appraisal fee AND my timeshare.
