Boy, these people think we are really stupid. I got a call from Swiss America. They had someone call me to give me the name of "appraisers in the area". Well, when I told the girl that I new the exact value of resale for my timeshare (I had done a lot of research) she seemed quite surprised. Needless to say the appraiser that was to call me the following day has NEVER CALLED. Boy, am I surprised!!!!!! They know I know the aprox value so they can't appraise at their LOW price and be offered half of that. Trust me, these appraisal companies are located in the same boiler room and the bank!!!!!!! They get the 399. appraisal fee and we get a bill plus get to keep our timeshare. DUH!!!!
