I was reading where SAB claims that they no of no complaints or
investigations filed against them. I just filed a complaint with the state
of Florida against SAB. I urge you to do the same, and lets see if we can
get these scammers stopped. Below is the address, and the email conformation
of my case complaint#.

>I was contacted by a person named Luis representing Swiss American Bank. He
claimed they were wanted to purchase my timeshares. They would need me to
get an appraisal, then they would re-imbuse me when the deal was finished.
They had an appraisal company contact me for the appraisal, International
Appraisals Inc, Two Richmond Square, Providence, RI 02906, 401-272-1160. I
paid $399 for the appraisal, sent all the info that SAB asked for to their
offices. I have not heard from them since. I have left messages and emails,
and no answers. The person who originally contacted me was from a Florida
number. I have also recently been contacted from people representing SAB
from Texas. 409-621-1841.
> I have been reading message boards and email groups from many people
who are getting scammed by this organization. Everybody has been paying
around $400 for appraisals, because SAB offers to buy their timeshares. So
far, I have not been able to find one person who has actually had their
timeshare purchased by SAB after they had the appraisal done.
