Gosh.. we thought we did our homework.. but it looks like we're in good company with others who've been taken by Swiss American Acquistions..

After checking things out, we did give them their money.. and now another agency told us about this scam. We don't know WHO to believe.

We'd sure appreciate it if some of you would e-mail us with your stories and how you've gone about correcting this. What kind of civil action is pending.. and how do we get involved? We're from Canada... any other Canadians who've been burned by these folks?

The other company that called us is Timeshares Direct.. a man by the name of Richard Hoffman. Do any of you have information (good or bad) about THIS organization or this person. AND do any of you know of a REPUTABLE organization that does buy/sell time shares?
