Well folks...
it looks like we got caught, even after we did a lot of homework on this group. We got an unsolicited phone call from this group saying that they wanted to buy the time share. You folks know the rest of the story I'm sure.

Unfortunately.. they have our money.. just! And another organization named Timeshares Direct has been pursuing us and told us about the investigation on SAM.... We have no idea who to believe!
Are there ANY reputable places out there?

We'd like to hear from some of you and how you're handling your situation with Swiss American? Have any of you gotten money back? Have any of you sold anything? Do any of you have a fax number for them?

Please help.. we'd like to be a part of the action against them!
