Busy signals and one hang up due to a bad conection. I faxed them a letter explaining that I didn't receive the paper work and asked them to call me back or send the option letter again. That was last Monday and I haven't heard from them since. I was thinking of going to Nassau and confronting them. Has anyone actually received an option letter?

IN SEPTEMBER 1999 WE RECEIVED A PURCHASED OPTION and MADE THE COUNTER OFFER AND SENT IT BACK. WE WAITED AND WAITED AND WAITED. ALSO TRYED TO CALL MANY OF THE PHONE NUMBERS. SAME RESPONSE AS EVERYBODY ELSE. JANUARY 15,2000 I RECEIVED THE SAME ENVELOPE BACK, STAMPED NO ADDRESS EXSISTED. YES 4 MONTHS LATER. AFTER CONTACTING ASSOCIATED APPRAISALS TODAY THEY REFERED ME TO A MAN NAMED ED STONE 1-954-419-9300. HE GAVE ME A NUMBER FOR SWISS AMERICAN BANK. I TOLD HIM I HAD TRIED TO CALL THEM MANY TIMES. HE SAID I WILL HAVE THEM CALL YOU IN 10 MINUTES. THEY DID. I TALKED TO A LADY NAMED NILSA. I TOLD HER EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENED IN THE LAST 5 MONTHS AND SHE SAID THE PHONE LINES WERE CUT AND THE PHONE COMPANY GAVE THEM 20 NEW LINES. IS THAT A SCAM OR WHAT????? SAB IS A SCAM IT WAS PROVEN TO ME TODAY. A BUSINESS JUST DOESN'T HAVE 20 NEW LINES PUT IN AFTER BEING IN BUSINESS FOR THAT MANY YEARS. I TRIED TO CALL NILSA 15 MINUTES LATER AND THE SAME THING HAPPENED.
