This resort's management is the worst I've seen. We had one problem after another. On our wedding day, the preacher yelled at two of my family members, our waiter was rude and never refilled our drinks or gave us steak knives for our steaks. They kept my bouquet and our wedding CD. That was only the wedding day. Most of the people who work there are rude and not attentive. When addressing my issues to the manager, he was not honest and didn't care one bit about making changes to the resort. I've never been to a Sandal's before this and I don't ever plan to go to another one.
