The Normandie has an incrediable history. It is well appointed, and the people are EXCELLENT! After the less than satisfactory service even at the Hilton it was great to have a tour of the hotel, a brief history, and the ability to choose whichever room we were interested in. The location is in Old San Juan, next to the Hilton. It is walking distance to the historic sites, the restaurants, clubs, shops, and from the Condado beach and tourist district. THANKS Hotel Normandie for giving us a GREAT ROOM at a GREAT PRICE, and treating us the way people should be treated to make their experience perfect!
