For a new hotel, everything was very smooth and the service was excellent. We especially enjoyed the intimate atmosphere (only 21 suites) and the welcoming attitude by the entire staff! We stayed in a beautiful oceanfront suite and what was so great was that the hotel's location is right next to the reef for convenient snorkeling. We ate at the hotel's restaurant "Simba" a couple of nights and it was excellent. Overall, this is a great place if you are looking for a casual and upscale resort.
