Relax on the cool terrace while enjoying a nice array of international and Krioyo dishes. These are local dishes such as wonderful pork and okra soup, conch, iguana and all are served with funchi (maize) and fried rice and beans. The view is of St. Michielsbaai and the beach is beautiful and welcoming. Happy hour daily after sundown. Dance the night away Saturdays until 3am.

Romance is in the air at this open air dining establishment on the beach at the Avila Beach Hotel. The menu features an eclectic mix of international, Danish and local fare. A good choice is the "Keshi Yena" a local specialty of cheese stuffed with a chicken stew. Wednesday nights are "Antillean Nights" with the focus on local specialties accompanied by live entertainment. Saturday evenings offers "Grill Night" with a large salad bar and live steel-band or Mariachi music. Lunch hours are from noon to 2:30 and dinner from 7:00 to 10:00.
