San Juan.- An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale was felt in the Dominican Republic yesterday, according to the Puerto Rico Seismic Network. The quake, which occurred at 20:49 GMT, was the fourth registered in the last three days, and its epicentre was 37kms south of La Romana in the southeastern Dominican Republic and 167kms south of Mayagüez in western Puerto Rico.
