race

Hi Eli,
Thanks for sharing that site. What an amazing feat, I can't imagine it.

I remember our 1st trip to Antigua in 1979 when we stayed at Galleon Beach without TV or radios. After 3 weeks we felt pretty shut off from the world. One night around midnight we thought a war had started with cannon shots sounding across English Harbour.
It was the winner coming in from the one man sailing race across the Atlantic. I think it was the "American Express" that won.

Hi Eli,
I just ordered the book "Adrift". We're going to Mexico for two months and this should be a good read.
Thanks Donna

oops did I say Mexico?
