Information for bringing 1 year old and 3 year old

Hello everyone, thanks in advance to anyone who can provide information. We just bought a week timeshare at the Sapphire Beach Club in the middle of May. Trying not to repeat past traveling mistakes and bring too much stuff, I was hoping i could find some parents that have brought their children to the island and or stayed at the SBC in a timeshare. Does anyone know if cribs are requestable if you are in a timeshare, or do i have to lub the portacrib? Are diapers, formula and baby food easily bought there? Where if you know and how much? I know we have to do the passport thing... Are many resturants family friendly out there? High chairs available? Has anyone rented a car out there and used carseats brought with them? Any info on family stuff out there? Thanks!
