Tobago, Trinidad's little sibling, just off the Venezuelan coast, is believed to be the island Daniel Defoe wrote about in Robinson Crusoe. True or not, the lush forested island (the oldest protected rain forest in the Western Hemisphere) is still deserted enough to hang a hammock, unplug and enter the world of serene, a pastime locals call limin' (i.e., loafing).
