Weather in September

Postby PMP » Sun Apr 16, 2006 5:02 am

We may be going to Barbados in September - not having been at that time of the year before, I was wondering what the weather is usually like!!

It's mostly sunny and fair in Barbados.Tropical rainstorms sometimes occur in the hurricane season which runs from June to October. The pattern is reasonably consistent as hurricanes tend to bounce from one land mass to the next and Barbados is somewhat separate from the Caribbean island chain.

I've been in September before and the weather was beautiful. I'm sure you'll be fine. Have a good trip!

Thanks to you both. We have been going to Barbados for the last 8 years, but always in Jan/Feb (once in May). Taking some of the family this time - I think we'll all enjoy ourselves regardless! Can't wait.
