Need help with accomadations for 2 weekend nights

Postby jddealer » Tue Oct 17, 2006 2:56 pm

Heading to St. Martin after a 4 night stay on Anguilla. Anything under $250/night is an option. Prefer to stay right on the beach, not in a casino, and nothing too big like a big resort. Within walking/short driving distance of popular weekend hangouts is a plus, but don't want to stay in the thick of things either. Am I asking too much?? Thanks

Hi jddealer. You may want to try the Hotel Beach Plaza. It is a smaller place right on the beach, no casino and only a couple of minutes walk to Marigot and Marina Royale. The hotel doesn't have alot of amenities but is very clean and well taken care of. I'm not really sure of the room price, but I'm sure it would be under your $250/night limit.

Divi Little Bay
Hotel Beach Plaza
Grand Case Beach Club
Alamanda (garden view only)
Princess Heights Condos

Thanks for the heads-up on the Hotel Beach Plaza. See if anyone else chimes in on ideas now that I have it narrowed down. For everyone's efforts, I'll try to post an informative trip report when I get back.
